Who We Are

We are the Leggieri Family from Frederick, MD.  Julie is 24 and stays at home with our 1 year old daughter.  Tony is 26 and works for a Civil Engineering firm in Burtonsville, MD.

We decided to start Scrapbooks for Soldiers to show those brave men and women, both here and abroad, that not only do we care about them, but are very grateful for the courageous job they are doing. 

A very special thank you goes out to our Homefront Hugs "adoptee", SFC Larry Gregory of the 3rd Infantry Division out of Fort Stewart, GA.  He is our inspiration, if you will, for this program. We felt like the box of goodies we sent him every month wasn't quite getting across how thankful we are.

We felt if we could show him all the people who are thankful that a complete stranger would stand guard over our lives, it just might boost his morale.
